The classic men’s indigo-rinse denim jacket and jeans get an on-trend update with Native-American embroidery at Isabel Marant
Gargoyle intarsia knit sweater by Carven
Now the winter chill is settling in, it is the time for cosy, chunky knits. Fair Isle patterns, Fishermen sweaters and Native-American motifs are all on trend this winter, and have the all-important vintage and boyfriend jumper look. These three by Isabel Marant, Paul & Joe and YMC are on my wishlist.

Model Lara Stone returns to her home town of Mierlo, in the Netherlands, for the latest issue of T magazine. The editorial ‘Little Dutch Girl’ sees Lara hanging with her family and at some of her favourite places in Amsterdam. The editorial is endearing, wholesome and very stylish, with Lara in a selection of denim for a boyish, and very Dutch, look. The pencil skirt with logo sweatshirt evokes serious style envy, while she has 70s flair in denim shirts and wide leg jeans and is fresh-faced and adorable in denim dungarees.

With his organic approach to pattern making and construction, Jeremy Laing’s tailoring pays attention to unique, unexpected details and a streamlined silhouette. Self-taught Jeremy Laing’s fourth collection shows his trademark luxe shapes and easy drapes. This autumn/winter, elongated blazers with jutting-out lapels, buttoned-up shirts and over-sized trench coats all have a minimalist feel, softened by the tie-dyed fabric in muted tones of petrol and khaki.
Lottie Moss is Kate Moss’ 13 year-old half sister who has been blessed with the same model looks as her older sister. Interest flooded in when we saw her in Kate Moss’ wedding photos. This photography is from her test shoot with Kate’s agency Storm. The styling is spot on: boyish jeans, leather shorts and white shirts given a feminine touch with lace, heels and a fedora.
